I can’t believe we are already in the 5th day of May..So crazy! On that note, Happy Cinco de Mayo…I will be celebrating with homemade fish tacos and guac tonight 😉
This month I decided to join in and participate in “Get Moving in May”…aka getting physical activity every day this month. After being sick for almost 2 weeks with bronchitis, I felt I could use this challenge to get moving again. I’ve done well so far. I usually do my hard workouts during the week, and for the weekends I’m trying to just go hiking/ out for a walk or jog with my husband. Fun for the whole family 😉 This weekend we found a fun new hiking spot, and got about 4 miles in. It was so nice to soak up the sunshine and get some fresh air…which is very much needed after a long winter and a cold spring here in Utah!
Since it’s the beginning of the month (and a Monday) it’s the perfect time to refocus on current goals. What are you doing to improve this month? Health wise or in any other aspect of life….
