As should have been expected, the end of the semester brought a nasty cold with it. This little concoction made my throat feel better quick, though. Super easy too. My sinuses are still a mess, but at least my scratchy throat is feeling better…
8 oz hot water
1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
1 T honey
squeeze of lemon
Heat water and mix in remaining ingredients. I read one recipe that included stevia, but I didn’t think it needed it (maybe it’s because I can’t smell/taste anything) but if you think it’s too strong, add some stevia.
