What will you do today to help your week go smoothly?
Here are a few things I’ll be doing:
- schedule workouts. This one is easy– I’m on Week 4 of Jamie Eason’s Live Fit Trainer…after week 4 I will give an update, but so far I am loving it. I’m already feeling stronger and seeing results.
- do laundry, and make sure my gym clothes are clean (and packed in my gym bag)
- do a little food prepping to make the week easier (probably just boiling some eggs and baking some sweet potatoes to have on hand)
- RELAXING of course!
