Happy Monday! Here is a great shake I tried this weekend. I love pumpkin everything and I’m so excited for Fall!
8oz low fat milk of your choice (I used almond)
1/3 c pumpkin
1/3 c plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
1-2 t cinnamon
Ice
So healthy and so yummy!
